To give our customers the optimal benefit from our products the incoming Raw Materials, Process Parameters and properties of the Final Products are strictly controlled according to ISO 9001.

Each delivery of raw material is checked prior to use. The performance of the raw material suppliers is evaluated on a regular basis to ensure a selection process which establishes a long term partnership with the most reliable suppliers available on the market.

Each step of the production process is analysed thoroughly. The data received are collected in an extensive electronic database which gives a detailed, comprehensive picture of the whole process. Systems are installed which allow fast detection of deviations as well as identification and elimination of their root causes.

Special care is taken in analysing, partly on-line, the properties of the Final Products, using the most sophisticated analytical instruments available on the market. All instruments used are calibrated at regular intervals with counter checks by outside parties.

To guarantee that the analytical techniques used are kept at a high standard, periodic benchmarking is done with laboratories in Europe and the USA and the performance of the analytical staff is monitored on a regular basis.

New analytical techniques are scrutinized and implemented in close co-operation with LENZING AG.

A Quality Management System according to ISO 9002 was established in 1996 and was up-graded to ISO 9001: 2000 in August 2002.
